Adobe Express is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their frontend team with full stack capabilities. This role is part of Adobe's mission to change the world through digital experiences, working on Adobe Express which makes core technology from products like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro available with minimal learning curve. You'll be developing components and services for Adobe Express, working with cutting-edge web technologies and frameworks. You'll be involved in the full development lifecycle, from engaging with customers to identify problems through to deploying solutions. Responsibilities For Software Development Engineer 4 - frontend with Full Stack
- Develop components and services for Adobe Express
- Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, well documented and maintainable code
- Develop, test and deploy your own code
- Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving development team
- Grow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow
- Engage with customers to identify problems, test ideas, and refine workflows
- Work cross functionally with teams across Adobe, in different geographies
Requirements For Software Development Engineer 4 - frontend with Full Stack
- Proven computer science fundamentals
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS
- 5+ years of strong experience building and maintaining high complexity web apps based on any JS stack
- Foundational solid skills in Typescript/Javascript, Component Building & Organizing, Separation of concerns
- Experience with Web Components: Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, ES Modules, Templates, LitElement
- Ability to contribute anywhere in the stack and wear different hats
- Ability to develop robust, efficient, high-quality code
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- B.Tech/B. or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
