Adobe is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering Operations to lead their engineering infrastructure initiatives. This is a pivotal role within Adobe Express Engineering and Data Operations organization, focused on building better products, faster releases, and greater reliability for customers.
The position requires a technology leader who can drive the architecture, execution, and delivery of critical engineering infrastructure components including CI/CD Platforms, Developer Tools, Delivery Pipelines, and related engineering environments. You'll be responsible for leading multiple teams and managing a 100+ engineering and data team while fostering a culture of collaboration and experimentation.
As a cultural evangelist who believes in DevOps and SRE principles, you'll play a crucial role in driving engineering productivity and establishing standards around patterns, frameworks, technologies, and processes. The role involves creating strategies for building self-service, enterprise-scale experimentation platforms and establishing benchmark KPIs and SLAs.

- Managing large geo-distributed engineering teams
- Creating and implementing experimentation platform strategies

- Strong understanding of statistics and data science
- Experience with A/B testing infrastructure and SRE operating models

Adobe offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $197,700 to $416,600 annually, based on geographic location and experience. Responsibilities For Sr. Director, Engineering Operations
- Lead multiple teams responsible for engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD and Experimentation Platforms
- Drive the architecture, execution and delivery of CI/CD Platforms, Developer Tools, Delivery Pipelines
- Lead and develop a 100+ engineering and data team
- Create strategy for building enterprise-scale experimentation platform
- Set standards around patterns, frameworks, technologies, and processes
- Establish and track benchmark KPIs and SLAs
- Drive data quality across the product vertical
Requirements For Sr. Director, Engineering Operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in high growth environments
- Experience designing and managing large scale complex development frameworks
- Solid understanding of statistics, data science, or large-scale data processing
- Experience building or using A/B testing infrastructure
- Deep working experience on public cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Understanding of build and deployment systems
- Experience with performance engineering and load testing
