Sr. Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

Adobe is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning to lead a high-impact team focused on building and deploying cutting-edge ML solutions. This role is part of the Genuine Engineering team, where you'll be responsible for guiding the team through the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from research and development to scalable deployment.

The position focuses on preventing account sharing, fake accounts, trial abuse, and payment fraud using machine learning, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection. You'll work with various teams to innovate and advance custom products while maintaining a seamless user experience.

As a leader, you'll be responsible for mentoring and growing a team of ML engineers, owning end-to-end project execution, and collaborating with product teams to identify AI/ML opportunities. The role requires deep expertise in ML and AI, particularly in fraud prevention and anomaly detection, using techniques like autoencoders, isolation forests, and graph-based fraud detection.

Key technical areas include NLP in fraud prevention, experience with ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), proficiency in Python, and expertise in cloud platforms and MLOps. You'll work with large-scale data pipelines in Spark and be responsible for model optimization and deployment at scale.
