Responsibilities For Sr. Machine Learning Manager - Acrobat
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Scale the team by recruiting top AI and GenAI talent
- Develop and implement technical roadmap for AI and GenAI solutions
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of trustworthy and scalable AI/ML models
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI and GenAI projects
- Set up benchmarks and metrics to gauge success and impact
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and GenAI
Requirements For Sr. Machine Learning Manager - Acrobat
- Master or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years in a managerial position
- Must have successfully completed sophisticated AI/ML projects
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other AI/ML libraries
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks like SageMaker, TensorFlow, Pytorch
- Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Familiar with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
