The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting experiences that are seamless, rewarding, and deeply immersive by understanding the psychology of play, creativity, and learning. They will drive repeat engagement, gamification, and social participation while making data-driven decisions through A/B testing and user research to optimize engagement loops and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing engagement-driven design strategies, creating comprehensive prototypes and wireframes, building cross-platform experiences, and owning the gamification strategy. The role requires leading UX design for creativity and play, ensuring young users, parents, and creative enthusiasts find the app both intuitive and inspiring.

Additional valuable experience includes working with animation, sound, and familiarity with virtual worlds that enable player-driven creativity.
