Responsibilities For Staff Designer
- Design simple, elegant & intuitive experiences and interactions
- Apply growth mindset to experiment on acquisition, monetization and engagement initiatives
- Define design strategy and craft visions for products and experiences
- Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Be an advocate for the user and use customer feedback, research, and data analytics
- Work closely with senior executives, product managers, and engineering scientists
Requirements For Staff Designer
- 8+ years of industry experience in product design with proven track record
- Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking
- History of close collaboration with design, product management, and software development teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate problem space to stakeholders
- Creative and analytical skills to advocate for research and communicate insights
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and build compelling presentations
- Deep knowledge of design approaches, methodologies, prototyping, and wireframing
