Staff Designer

Adobe Design is seeking a Staff Designer to join their Document Cloud team, working on industry-leading products like Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan that serve over 600 million monthly active users across multiple platforms. The Document Cloud design team has a strong track record of innovation, receiving recognition in TIME's Best Inventions in 2023 for Liquid Mode and in 2024 for Acrobat's AI Assistant. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for Acrobat.

As a Staff Designer, you will:

• Design intuitive experiences that enhance users' workflows
• Apply growth mindset to experiment on acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Define design strategy and present visions to senior executives
• Create design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
• Champion user-centric design using feedback and analytics
• Collaborate across teams to bring new products to life

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product design experience with proven success
• Experience solving complex design and technology problems
• Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and development teams
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Research and analytical skills to inform design decisions
• Facilitation skills for brainstorming and creative processes
• Ability to handle ambiguous design projects
• Deep knowledge of design methodologies and prototyping
