Lead Security Operations Engineer

The role demands a highly technical, hands-on security expert who can both lead and contribute individually. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing security measures across products, technology, and processes to protect Aera's assets and customer data. This position requires extensive experience in cloud security, particularly with AWS and Azure, and a proven track record in incident response and vulnerability management.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing security tools, leading incident response teams, and developing security training programs across global offices. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of security operations experience and 5+ years of enterprise-scale infrastructure expertise.
