Network Engineer

Aethir, a company specializing in building distributed cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI companies, is seeking a Network Engineer. This role involves providing critical network infrastructure and managed cloud services support, including L1/L2 support, integration, deployment, and maintenance of the Aethir system. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and a customer-centric mindset. Key responsibilities include managing, debugging, configuring, and maintaining network equipment and public cloud networks, as well as handling information security and network security systems. The role requires effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to deliver top-tier technical support, meet SLAs, and drive continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Linux system operations
• Familiarity with server hardware and proficiency in handling various operational issues
• Proficiency in common Linux commands and Shell scripting
• Experience with installing, configuring, and performance tuning multiple Linux distributions
• Skill in deploying, configuring, and tuning common services like Nginx, MySQL, Redis, and Tomcat
• Experience with deployment and operations using tools like Ansible, Prometheus, and ELK
• Proficiency in automating operational tasks using Shell or Python
• Familiarity with public cloud architecture and management
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS is preferred
• Ability to respond to issues promptly
• Experience with 7x24 operations is preferred
