Responsibilities For Systems Engineer

  • Analyze and interpret customer and stakeholder requirements to define system-level specifications for LiDAR sensor architecture
  • Develop and validate system models that simulate LiDAR functionality and optimize performance metrics
  • Provide hands-on expertise with the sensor hardware and software to analyze system-level issues
  • Work closely with hardware, software, and algorithm development teams, lead technical discussions, and contribute to design reviews
  • Apply systems engineering principles throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation

Requirements For Systems Engineer

  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • Proficiency in systems modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, SysML, or similar)
  • Experience with sensor calibration, validation, and testing procedures
  • Familiarity with software development, control systems, and embedded systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience interacting with customers and stakeholders in collecting requirements
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to autonomous systems (ISO 26262, ASPICE) preferred
