As a Webflow Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating impactful digital experiences for a company that has facilitated over $1.9B+ in capital raises across 700+ successful campaigns.

The role offers a unique opportunity to combine creative design skills with technical expertise, working with Webflow's visual development platform to create responsive, high-performance websites. You'll be responsible for everything from custom interactions and animations to implementing SEO best practices and establishing design systems.

Working in a remote environment with a full-time schedule aligned to EST (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining the flexibility of working from anywhere. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $1,800 to $2,000 monthly, with final offers based on assessment.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of Webflow development experience, strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a proven track record of successful projects. You'll need to be comfortable with both the technical aspects of web development and the collaborative nature of working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
