Responsibilities For Senior Engineer - Windows
- Serve as a direct escalation resource for technical events and requests
- Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems on Windows Operating Systems
- Perform root cause analysis and provide workarounds
- Create and document application & infrastructure requirements
- Ensure client's infrastructure is healthy, stable, and documented
- Ensure business continuity and security across IT operations
Requirements For Senior Engineer - Windows
- Minimum of 10 years experience supporting Windows in enterprise environment
- Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, AD Replication, DFSR, Kerberos Authentication
- Windows Server Administration (DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting, patching)
- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE)
- Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure
- Entra ID Knowledge
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Strong SCCM knowledge
- Experience with performance monitoring tools
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
