Responsibilities For Senior Engineer - Windows

  • Serve as a direct escalation resource for technical events and requests
  • Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve problems on Windows Operating Systems
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide workarounds
  • Create and document application & infrastructure requirements
  • Ensure client's infrastructure is healthy, stable, and documented
  • Ensure business continuity and security across IT operations

Requirements For Senior Engineer - Windows

  • Minimum of 10 years experience supporting Windows in enterprise environment
  • Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, AD Replication, DFSR, Kerberos Authentication
  • Windows Server Administration (DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting, patching)
  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE)
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure
  • Entra ID Knowledge
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Strong SCCM knowledge
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
