Responsibilities For Senior NetApp Engineer

  • Provide expert-level remote technical support for NetApp ONTAP, E-Series, and StorageGRID technologies
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to NetApp systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Mentor and train other support engineers
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
  • Monitor team metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Act as liaison between technical teams, management, and vendors
