Responsibilities For Senior Windows Engineer
- Serve as direct escalation resource for technical events and urgent requests
- Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems on Windows Operating Systems
- Perform root cause analysis and provide business continuity workarounds
- Create and document application & infrastructure requirements
- Ensure clients' infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and follows best practices
- Ensure business continuity and security across IT operations systems
Requirements For Senior Windows Engineer
- 10+ years experience supporting Windows in enterprise environment
- Experience in Active Directory (Group Policy, AD Replication, DFSR, Kerberos Authentication)
- Windows Server Administration (DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting, patching)
- Microsoft certifications required (MCSA, MCSE)
- Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure
- Entra ID Knowledge
- Experience in PowerShell scripting
- Strong SCCM knowledge
- Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus
