Responsibilities For Senior Windows Engineer

  • Serve as direct escalation resource for technical events and urgent requests
  • Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve problems on Windows Operating Systems
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide business continuity workarounds
  • Create and document application & infrastructure requirements
  • Ensure clients' infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and follows best practices
  • Ensure business continuity and security across IT operations systems

Requirements For Senior Windows Engineer

  • 10+ years experience supporting Windows in enterprise environment
  • Experience in Active Directory (Group Policy, AD Replication, DFSR, Kerberos Authentication)
  • Windows Server Administration (DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting, patching)
  • Microsoft certifications required (MCSA, MCSE)
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure
  • Entra ID Knowledge
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting
  • Strong SCCM knowledge
  • Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus
