Responsibilities For Virtualization L2 Engineer
- Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
- Administrating and troubleshooting the issues
- Managing and monitoring the environment
- Work with vendors to resolve virtualization and compute issues
- Perform root cause analysis for issues / provide workarounds
- Ensure clients' infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and configured with best practices
Requirements For Virtualization L2 Engineer
- College degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field
- Experience with VCF, SDDC Manager, ARIA suite and Vrops
- VMware Certified Professional certification required
- Experience with Cisco UCS and Dell hardware systems
- Operating System skills with Windows and Linux
- Understanding PowerShell and PowerCLI
- Experience with performance monitoring tools
- ITILv4 certification encouraged
