Description For Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Air is pioneering the Creative Ops platform space, offering a sophisticated system of record for creative teams. Launched in March 2021 with backing from prestigious investors like Tiger Global and Slack Ventures, Air is transforming how creative teams manage content through innovative automation and workflows.

As the first Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with the co-founders to define, build, and scale this crucial function. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape a fast-growing company's enterprise strategy. You'll be the technical bridge between Air and its largest, most complex customers, helping them maximize the platform's potential.

The position demands a blend of sales strategy, technical expertise, and strong communication skills. You'll lead pre-sales activities, deliver customized demonstrations, and develop creative solutions for enterprise challenges. The role involves regular travel for face-to-face customer meetings, requiring at least 3 days per week in the New York City office.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 4+ years of solutions engineering experience in SaaS who excels at navigating enterprise relationships and translating complex technical concepts for various audiences. The role offers competitive compensation ($117,000-$176,000) and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited vacation, and professional development support.

Air values diversity and has built a culture focused on excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and empathetic communication. Join a company that's not just building software, but revolutionizing how creative teams work.
