Airbnb is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Offline Data team to lead the Data Engineering Paved Path team. This role involves designing and developing highly reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly frameworks for Airbnb's centralized data platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management and technical leadership experience, with a strong background in Data Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering trusted, timely, and cost-efficient frameworks
