Engineering Manager, Trust Experience

Airbnb is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Trust Experience team to lead a talented group of iOS, Android, and web engineers. This role focuses on building world-class frameworks to mitigate online and offline risks, developing platforms for user verification, and implementing privacy and policy compliance measures. The position combines technical leadership with strategic planning, requiring 9+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of management experience.

The Trust team at Airbnb is central to maintaining platform safety and security, protecting the community from various forms of fraud while ensuring high standards for hosts, guests, homes, and experiences. As the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge technology to build next-generation authentication and verification frameworks.

The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Anti-discrimination teams. You'll manage frontend engineering across multiple platforms, balance present and future investments, and foster an inclusive team culture that promotes technical excellence and innovation.

The position offers competitive compensation ($204,000-$254,000), equity, bonuses, and additional benefits including Employee Travel Credits.
