Engineering Manager, Trust Experience

Airbnb is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Trust Experience team to lead a talented group of iOS, Android, and web engineers. The role involves building world-class frameworks to mitigate online and offline risks, developing platforms for user verification, and ensuring privacy and policy compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the team's roadmap and driving execution
• Fostering an inclusive team culture
• Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
• Leading frontend engineering efforts across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Ensuring technical quality and owning technical decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• 9+ years of relevant software development industry experience
• Hands-on experience with native iOS/Android and/or frontend Web UI development
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs
• A track record of shipping large-scale projects and effective change management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams

Airbnb offers a competitive base pay range of $204,000 to $254,000, along with potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at Airbnb offices or offsites as agreed with the manager.
