Program Manager Quality Engineering

As a Program Manager Quality Engineering at Airbnb, you'll join the BizTech Org's Quality team, a diverse group of ~150 professionals spread across the globe. Your role will be crucial in managing large-scale programs and projects within the QA organization, working cross-functionally to enhance software quality through clear communication, efficient planning, and focused execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing QA team priorities
• Launching and managing strategic and operational initiatives
• Ensuring consistent quality across all projects
• Driving adoption of automated testing
• Communicating program status to stakeholders and leadership
• Managing change and mitigating risks
• Identifying opportunities for product improvements
• Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and QA counterparts

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of program management experience
• Strong quality delivery track record
• Experience partnering with Quality Engineering teams
• Excellent people leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Proficiency with project management tools and agile methodologies
