Description For Senior Fullstack Engineer, Community Support Platform

Airbnb's Community Support Platform (CSP) team is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their Safety and Ambassador Productivity initiative. This role is crucial in developing world-class technology and solutions that power Airbnb's global community support operations. The position focuses on improving agent workflows and operational tooling through AI and automation, including features like case summarization and knowledge assistance using Generative AI.
