Senior iOS Engineer, Guest & Host

Airbnb, a global leader in the travel and hospitality space, is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join their Checkout team. Founded in 2007, Airbnb has grown from a small San Francisco startup to a platform with over 4 million hosts and more than 1 billion guest arrivals worldwide.

The role focuses on the critical checkout experience, building the bridge between guests and hosts. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of creating the next generation of user experiences that enable guests to book stays and experiences seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include leading major feature development within the checkout process, mentoring other engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Designers, and UX teams. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of industry experience, strong coding skills, and a proven track record of shipping network-connected iOS apps. You should have an excellent eye for visual detail, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. The role offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $223,000 USD, along with the flexibility of remote work within eligible US states.
