Senior iOS Software Engineer, Reputation Clients

The Reputation Clients team at Airbnb is seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to join their mission of building exceptional customer-facing products that enhance trip quality, user reputation, and listing performance.

As a senior iOS engineer on this team, you'll be responsible for developing Airbnb's quality, reviews, performance insights, and reputation products. The role involves working on critical aspects such as the review system, Superhost program, standards enforcement, and performance insights for hosts.

Your typical day will include building high-quality products, following frontend best practices, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and participating in code reviews and architecture discussions. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to fostering trust, connections, and a sense of belonging among Airbnb users.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in iOS development at scale, with fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, and API integration. You should possess a deep understanding of iOS core libraries, strong product sense, and excellent engineering skills. The role requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving user experiences.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $223,000 USD, with additional benefits such as bonus potential, equity, and Employee Travel Credits. The role is US-Remote eligible, providing flexibility in work location while occasionally requiring presence at Airbnb offices or offsites.
