Senior Software Engineer, Listings

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Listings Backend Team, you'll play a crucial role in enabling host journey success by implementing backend functionality for Listing platforms LYS and MYS. You'll collaborate closely with Client, Product, and Design teams to define and implement requirements, while also working with functional teams like Partner API and Pricing. Your responsibilities include leading scoping phases, defining technical requirements, building efficient and reusable backend components, and mentoring other engineers. This role requires 6+ years of industry experience, a degree in CS or equivalent, and expertise in building and scaling high-quality, high-traffic products. You'll need strong technical evaluation skills, project management abilities, and mentorship capabilities. This US-remote position offers a competitive salary range of $185,000 - $221,000 USD, with potential for bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
