Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Core Entity

The Core Entity Data team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive foundational data initiatives that power Airbnb's business. This role focuses on ensuring core entity data remains current, consistent, and reliable across various product surfaces and business processes, with a particular emphasis on supporting AI/ML capabilities.

The ideal candidate will join a community dedicated to tackling complex data challenges and delivering consistent results. They will be responsible for managing major programs across Engineering, developing project plans, influencing technical direction, and maintaining effective stakeholder communications. The role requires strategic thinking, strong ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering concrete solutions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $224,000 - $289,500 USD, along with potential bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The role is US Remote-eligible, with occasional office visits or offsite attendance as needed.
