Senior Web UX Engineer, Launch and Product Marketing

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Web UX Engineer to join their Launch and Product Marketing team, a newly established group within the Client Products & Emerging Tech organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and develop impactful launch and product marketing pages for Airbnb's global community of hosts and guests.

The position combines creative technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in frontend technologies and a passion for creating engaging user experiences. You'll work closely with Design partners to brainstorm, prototype, and implement innovative animated experiences that enhance Airbnb's product marketing efforts.

As a senior engineer, you'll lead the full lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to production deployment. Your work will directly impact how Airbnb communicates new features and products to millions of users worldwide. The role demands strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, along with an eye for detail and animation.

The team is part of a larger organization responsible for building impactful product features and maintaining a cohesive user experience across Airbnb's platform. You'll collaborate with various teams, including Creative, Design, MarTech, and Product, to create seamless, responsive, and dynamic experiences.

This remote-eligible position offers competitive compensation ($185,000 - $223,000) and the opportunity to work with a company that values diverse perspectives and inclusive practices.
