Staff Fullstack Engineer, Reservation Management

Airbnb is seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join their Reservation Management team, a critical component of their Guest & Host organization. This role involves leading the systems and surfaces responsible for recording all orders at Airbnb and providing a scalable foundation for products like travel insurance and Experiences.

As a Staff Engineer, you'll provide hands-on technical leadership to a diverse team of software developers, focusing on operating and improving the core Reservation/Order Platform. The role requires combining strategic product understanding with deep technical expertise to design and implement solutions that are flexible, reliable, and scalable.
