Staff iOS Engineer, Reservation Management & Additional Products

Airbnb, founded in 2007, has grown to over 4 million Hosts welcoming more than 1 billion guest arrivals globally. The Reservation Management team is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to join their community, driving critical booking and post-booking flows in the Guest and Host Product. This role involves championing the iOS community, developing scalable practices, and collaborating with Design partners to create innovative product experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exploring and developing new product experiences
• Designing and implementing scalable iOS practices
• Mentoring other engineers and upleveling the team's culture
• Leading technical investments to unlock product innovation
• Developing prototypes and translating them into high-quality production code

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of industry experience, a degree in CS or equivalent, and strong experience with Swift or Objective-C iOS app development. They should possess solid engineering skills, mentorship abilities, and an interest in mobile industry innovations.

This US-remote position offers a competitive salary range of $204,000 - $259,000 USD, with potential for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
