Software Engineer (Backend), Growth

As a Software Engineer (Backend) in the Growth team, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Lead projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Build new products and features from conception to launch, starting with MVPs and thinking incrementally.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in back-end development at a large scale, with expertise in Javascript, Ruby, or Python.
• A growth mindset and exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• The ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to various roles as needed.
