Software Engineer (Full-Stack), Growth

As a Software Engineer (Full-Stack) in the Growth team, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Lead projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Build new products and features from conception to launch, starting with MVPs and thinking incrementally.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development at scale, with expertise in technologies like JavaScript, React, NextJS, Vercel, and headless CMS.
• A growth mindset and passion for learning.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
