IT Engineer, Oracle

Airwallex is seeking an IT Engineer specializing in Oracle systems to join their IT Operations team. This role is crucial for managing, maintaining, and enhancing finance systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion development, administration, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing integration processes between different systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting capabilities, and providing subject matter expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing and supporting finance systems including Oracle Fusion ERP and other related products
2. Serving as the primary technical support for Oracle Fusion ERP issues
3. Configuring finance systems to meet business requirements
4. Overseeing and optimizing system integrations
5. Collaborating with finance and IT departments on system improvements
6. Implementing system updates and patches
7. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
8. Developing and maintaining system documentation
9. Conducting training sessions for finance teams

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and other finance systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
