Description For Senior Application Security Engineer

Airwallex, valued at US$5.6 billion, is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to join their Security team. As a critical defender of both Airwallex and their 150,000 customers, you'll be responsible for building the application security program and ensuring platform security. Working closely with product and engineering teams across the business, you'll focus on identifying vulnerabilities, preventing security issues, and implementing best practices.

The role combines deep technical expertise with educational leadership, requiring you to review code, assess risks, and guide teams on security best practices. You'll be working with cloud platforms (GCP), conducting security reviews, and staying current with the latest security threats and attack techniques.
