Senior Solutions Engineer - EMEA

Airwallex, a leading unified payments and financial platform valued at US$5.6 billion, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for their EMEA team based in London. This role sits at the intersection of technology and client success, working within the Solutions Engineering team that partners directly with clients to maximize their potential through Airwallex's product adoption.

The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills, as you'll be collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a world-class customer experience. You'll be responsible for working with partners throughout the pre-sales, solution design, and API integration stages, serving as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing solutions that address critical business challenges, developing proof of concept applications, and ensuring successful technical delivery of Airwallex's products. The role demands strong technical knowledge, including experience with RESTful APIs and major programming languages, combined with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, a STEM degree, and a deep understanding of API integrations. Knowledge of the payments domain is advantageous.
