Airwallex, valued at US$5.6 billion, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their Engineering team in Singapore. As a unified payments and financial platform serving over 100,000 global businesses, we're looking for someone to help detect and respond to customer issues at a global scale.

The role involves managing incident processes, developing monitoring tools, and ensuring 24/7 service reliability. You'll be working with a diverse team of innovators and problem solvers, contributing to a platform that enables businesses to operate globally without borders.

As an SRE, you'll be responsible for maintaining our critical payment infrastructure, developing new tooling and dashboards, and implementing efficient incident management processes. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of software development experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in languages like Python, Java, PHP, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer

  • Own incident management processes in the region and track issues from detection to remediation
  • Develop new tooling and dashboards to monitor service availability and key customer experience metrics
  • Create and implement processes for faster problem resolution and efficient incident management
  • Monitor customer service metrics and provide meaningful reports and analysis
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders within the company
