Description For Solutions Engineer - EMEA

Airwallex, a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses, is seeking a Solutions Engineer for their EMEA team. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a world-class customer experience. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives, developing proof of concepts, delivering product demonstrations, proposing solutions, and owning the technological aspect of the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with various stakeholders to support customers in designing and implementing embedded finance tech stacks
  • Developing proof of concepts and delivering product demonstrations
  • Proposing solutions to meet customer expectations
  • Owning the technological aspect of the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Ensuring successful customer go-live and realization of technology benefits

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Software Engineering
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and REST API integrations
  • Experience with industry-standard integration patterns and development practices
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
