Staff Fullstack Engineer, Lending

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement innovative features to revolutionize product user experience
• Collaborate with engineers on architectural reviews for high-quality, scalable solutions
• Develop micro frontends and GraphQL APIs for seamless application integration
• Champion technical debt reduction and operational effectiveness improvements
• Utilize React Testing Library and Cypress for comprehensive testing

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience in modern engineering practices
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring developers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Expertise in micro frontend architecture, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience in designing and implementing GraphQL APIs
• Strong computer science fundamentals and OOP concepts
• Familiarity with operational tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus

Preferred qualifications include experience with Java and Kotlin, and prior experience in the lending or financial technology industry.
