As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll work directly with developers, merchants, and internal teams to provide technical support and consulting for our global financial platform. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting integration issues, conducting test scenarios, and developing technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with 2-5 years of experience in programming or technical support, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
