The role involves working at the intersection of technical support and customer service, requiring both strong technical capabilities and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for supporting developers and merchants with integration issues, conducting technical troubleshooting, and developing documentation for customers.

The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in programming languages like Python, Java, or PHP, and familiarity with web technologies and API integrations. Knowledge of payment systems and fintech is a plus. You'll need to be bilingual in English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business contexts.

Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Work directly with developers, merchants and internal teams on post integration issues
  • Conduct test scenarios for technical issues
  • Install and configure test environments, payment APIs and ecommerce products
  • Communicate technical issues to customers and internal departments
  • Identify irregularities in functionality
  • Develop in-depth technical information for customers

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant majors
  • 2-5 years of working experience in programming, technical support, or implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with Web Technologies, HTTP and HTTPS
  • Experience with SQL
