This role is crucial in enabling customers to seamlessly access and utilize Airwallex's comprehensive suite of payment and financial solutions. The position involves handling complex technical issues and ensuring 24/7 system reliability.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges that impact customer experience. You'll work closely with developers and internal teams to provide post-integration support, implement best practices, and improve system reliability. The role requires strong technical expertise in REST APIs, SQL, and preferably Python or Go, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities.
