Staff Angular Software Engineer

As a Staff Angular Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the technical direction of Aiwyn's frontend platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring mastery of Angular, RxJS, and modern frontend architectures. You'll lead the evolution of component libraries, establish architectural patterns, and drive innovation across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of software engineering experience, with extensive knowledge in enterprise-scale Angular applications, micro-frontend architectures, and performance optimization. You'll be responsible for making critical architectural decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term technical health while mentoring senior engineers and influencing organization-wide frontend practices.
