Tech Lead / Platform Engineer

As a Tech Lead / Platform Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and optimizing the platform architecture. You'll lead the backend team, ensuring robust, scalable services using Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and both SQL and NoSQL databases. The role involves implementing event-driven architectures, managing observability through tools like New Relic and Datadog, and maintaining high security standards.

Key responsibilities include technical leadership, backend development with Node.js, API design, cloud infrastructure management, database optimization, and implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, and various AWS/GCP services.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience with strong expertise in Node.js, cloud services, API development, and event-driven architectures. You should be proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
