  • Be Alarm.com's resident expert in all things acoustics
  • Be available for calls and discussions with manufacturers in Asia
  • Work with internal stakeholders to set product specifications based on demos
  • Analyze test data from engineering builds for acoustic issues
  • Enable R&D efforts for full duplex implementation and audio features

Requirements For Acoustics Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in acoustics or related field
  • 5+ Years in Consumer Electronics with acoustics specialization
  • MEMS Microphone expertise
  • Speaker System Design skills
  • Waterproofing techniques knowledge
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration experience
  • Manufacturing Collaboration experience
  • Test Equipment Specification ability
  • Fluent in English
