Responsibilities For Senior Cloud Security Engineer
- Determine, monitor and maintain security posture in collaboration with Engineering
- Perform security audits and penetration tests
- Oversee deployment and configuration of security solutions
- Develop and maintain threat models for cloud environments
- Provide expertise on SDLC practices including secure design and development
- Partner with stakeholders to minimize security and privacy risks
- Maintain Incident Response Program
- Recommend security compliance actions to management
- Craft responses to client and partner security questionnaires
Requirements For Senior Cloud Security Engineer
- B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering program
- 5-8 years of information security experience
- CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP or other security certification
- Knowledge of latest security advisories, alerts and vulnerabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with AWS services (EC2, ECS, WAF, VPC, IAM)
- Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation
- Python programming skills and ability to read Java
- Proven team experience
