All-Phase Electric is seeking a motivated Automation Sales Engineer to join our team and drive our sales efforts. The Automation Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized automation solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Attending industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
