Responsibilities For Facilities Engineer I

  • Coordinate and quality control of third-party maintenance
  • Perform hands-on maintenance projects at corporate offices
  • Assist with day-to-day operation of Allegiant's headquarters
  • Participate in safety and fire drills planning
  • Serve as point of contact for emergency building issues
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain workstations and make light repairs
  • Perform general maintenance, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Daily review of maintenance facility ticketing system
  • Track warranties and maintenance agreements

Requirements For Facilities Engineer I

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to read mechanical prints, drawings, and electrical diagrams
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
