Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking an Expert AI/ML Systems Engineer to lead engineering teams in a multi-discipline approach to requirements engineering and solutions development. The role focuses on leveraging AI/ML Automation and Augmentation technologies for mission-critical GEOINT work across DIE, NGA, NSG, ASG and Federal Agencies. This senior position requires extensive experience in systems engineering, cloud-based solutions, and artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in government systems, security clearance, and proven leadership abilities in managing complex technical projects. The position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions in a government context, requiring 100% onsite presence in Springfield, VA.
Responsibilities For Expert Systems Engineer
- Assist Government in providing requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation
- Plan and analyze user requirements, architectures traceability, procedures, and cloud service capabilities
- Advise on proposed changes to solutions designs based on analysis of requirements and new technology
- Perform systems integration
- Lead Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), and Trade Studies
- Provide strategic technical planning, project management, and risk management
- Lead integration across Programs at NGA, DIE, and IC
- Oversee and coordinate work of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level contractor Systems Engineers
Requirements For Expert Systems Engineer
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering and 15+ years or Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years of experience in related technical fields
- Expert-level working experience in government or industry in DoD/IC Acquisition Process
- Experience in systems engineering
- TS/SCI clearance required
- US Citizenship required
