Responsibilities For Graduate Hardware Engineer

  • Assist in design and development of hardware subsystems
  • Work on PCB hardware design
  • Contribute to testing and verification of hardware in the lab
  • Support design reviews and documentation
  • Apply lab safety protocols and develop hands-on skills
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on design objectives
  • Assist in certification process for standards compliance
  • Contribute to design procedures and process improvements
  • Collaborate with Systems, Software, RF, and Mechanical engineers

Requirements For Graduate Hardware Engineer

  • BEng, MEng, or relevant degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering discipline
  • Strong academic background with exposure to PCB design, embedded systems, and electronic components
  • Good understanding of basic power supply design principles
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard productivity tools
  • Familiarity with Altium (or similar PCB design software) is advantageous
  • Experience with lab test equipment is desirable
