Allwyn Lottery Solutions, a subsidiary of Allwyn Entertainment Group, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their IT Services Team. This role involves supporting users with various systems and cloud platforms, ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Triaging and resolving user requests in systems like Office 365, Google Workspace, JAMF, and Atlassian Suite
- Onboarding new starters with account and hardware setup
- Involvement in network and cloud infrastructure upgrade projects
- Managing inventory and asset assignment, including remote hardware troubleshooting
- Providing in-person and remote support for employees in various locations
- Technical support for meeting rooms and All hands meetings
- Administering user accounts and permissions in business systems
- Staying updated with new technologies to improve IT operations
- Collaborating with third-party vendors for hardware lifecycle management
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Computer Science Degree (BSc or higher)
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT-related area
- Experience with macOS and cloud collaboration tools
- Familiarity with data migration tools and best practices
- Passion for IT and delivering high-quality end-user support
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Desire to learn and develop new skills
