Lead AI Platform Engineer

AlphaSense, a leading AI-powered market intelligence platform, is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineer to join their innovative team. The role sits within their AI & Search mission, focusing on developing the next-generation Generative AI platform that powers AlphaSense's core products.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and enterprise software, building scalable solutions that serve over 4,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of S&P 500 companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing highly scalable services, improving system reliability and efficiency, and deploying solutions across both SaaS and single-tenant environments.

This is a technical leadership role requiring extensive experience in backend engineering, particularly with data-intensive applications at scale. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in web frameworks like FastAPI and Django, strong knowledge of cloud platforms, and proven experience with AI and search services deployment.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $190,000 to $240,000 USD, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Based in New York, you'll be part of a global team of over 2,000 employees across offices in the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland.
