Description For Staff IAM Architect

The platform analyzes extensive public and private content, including equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, and trade journals.

As a Staff IAM Architect, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's Identity and Access Management strategy. You'll be responsible for providing architectural guidance and administration strategy for Identity Management, while mentoring team members and overseeing project-based activities. This position requires expert-level guidance for both corporate and engineering projects, drawing from real-world experiences and industry best practices.

The role involves building comprehensive Privileged Access Management frameworks, implementing Zero Trust principles, and ensuring security compliance across the organization. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to develop and maintain robust IAM solutions that protect the company's assets while enabling business operations.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a global team across offices in the U.S., U.K., Finland, Germany, India, and Singapore. You'll be at the forefront of security architecture, making key decisions that impact the entire organization's security posture. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for information security.

Responsibilities For Staff IAM Architect

  • Build company wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) framework and Role Based Access guidelines
  • Drive technical vision and design for security architecture compliance with least privileged model
  • Define enterprise IAM security standards and policies
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert for IAM architecture and strategy
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering and support teams
  • Manage IAM architectural issues across platforms
  • Implement Zero Trust IAM framework
  • Develop framework to classify applications and services based on risk
  • Build relationships with partner teams
  • Advocate for Zero Trust with stakeholders

Requirements For Staff IAM Architect

JavaScript
  • 8+ years experience working in Identity and Access Management
  • Expert knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, SCIM)
  • Experience translating security models into actionable strategy
  • Strong understanding of data management and classification
  • Background in IAM/Authn/Authz systems
  • Experience integrating third party systems
  • Fundamental understanding of Web applications including AJAX/JSON/CORS/CORB
