We're seeking a product-oriented Software Engineer with 3+ years in backend and 2+ years in frontend development. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a user-first approach to technical solutions.

As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Alt, you'll:

Own end-to-end development of products and features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement tasks
Make informed trade-offs between speed, quality, and functionality
Address technical challenges for optimal performance and scalability
Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship

Required skills:

Proficiency in Python, React, React Native, AWS, Postgres, and JavaScript
