Certified Trainer – Content Developer

Altium is seeking a Certified Trainer – Content Developer to join their Training group. This role is crucial for delivering industry-leading instruction on Altium's products, enabling customers to fully utilize product features and capabilities with best practices. The position involves providing online and onsite customer training, developing content for Altium Designer and other Altium products, and maintaining a high level of professionalism while demonstrating tool proficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Instructing Altium customers using Altium Training Content
• Providing online and onsite customer training
• Maintaining knowledge of all Training Content provided to Altium Customers
• Collaborating with other Trainers and colleagues
• Representing Altium in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in spoken and written French and English (other European languages are a plus)
• 2+ years of experience with Altium products
• 2+ years of System / Board design experience using Altium Designer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
